I had a look at the West Bay webcam on Good Friday and there were quite a few people walking along the esplanade and several kiosks were open.

The Mound car park was open, whereas a few days earlier there were barriers across the entrance. Was this car park officially opened or was it opened illegally by the great British public?

So much for the socially responsible.
