NICKY Roberts was the Bridport Bandits’ star, winning all three of his races in his experimental Peugeot in the latest Wessex Autograss meeting.
The Bridport club achieved a one, two, three in one of the races with Troy Carter and Ollie Dowding coming in second and third behind Roberts.
Luke Antinoro took the junior special car out for the first time but was unlucky with mechanical problems, which caused a misfire which led to him finishing in third and three fourth places.
This also hampered Ryan Bennet when he was running the special in the class eight category in the adult races.
Other places included another third and a fifth for Dowding and his brother James claimed fourth in the class one adult race.
Stuart McKenzie was more fortunate with two seconds, a fifth, a seventh and a third in the inter-club competition.
McKenzie’s sister Kirsty also did well recording a couple of second places but his fiancee, Lisa Frost, took first place in all four of her races making it a good day’s racing for the family.
