COUNTY SHOW: The 24 students from Colfox School that represented West Dorset at the Dorset County Championships
TWENTY-FOUR students from Colfox School were selected to represent West Dorset at the Dorset County Championships.
The most notable performances came from newly-crowned county champions Rhys Kirkpatrick (800m), Will Bowen-Ashwin (hammer), Holly Butt (inter girls 100m) and Ali Tuck (discus).
All four athletes have been selected to represent Dorset at the South West Schools Championships, along with Ryan Smith who finished runner-up in the discus. Butt has successfully defended her 100m title for the last four years and remains unbeaten in the county since Year Seven.
