Bridport are back in action this weekend as they welcome Crediton United to St Mary's.
Chris Herbst side are on a run of three defeats which has seem them slip down the league table as a gap to the top teams has emerged.
The Bees boss said it was 'frustrating' and that the team 'must win' in order to get themselves moving back up the table after what has been an underwhelming season so far.
He said: "It's frustrating, because squad wise we are good, it is just the performance, and not playing well for whole games - Bridport should not be where we are.
"It is down to the players to put in a performance for the 100 minutes or so it is now and concentrate and want it.
"They have been told this, there is only so much we can say and do from the sideline.
"But they have trained well this week."
This weekend's opposition are in a similar place to the Bees.
Crediton are just two points ahead of Herbst side and have struggled to rediscover their own form from last season.
Herbst added: "Last year they were right up there and they are a bit like us.
"Their team has not changed much, but the performances have dropped off, but they'll be looking at us thinking the same.
"So, it will be a tough game but we have to win with a good performance."
Isaac House will miss the game due to injury but Noah House may have earned himself a slot in the matchday squad after an impressive hattrick for the reserves last week.
Herbst also welcomes back James Cox who has served his suspension.
