BRIDPORT manager Chris Herbst was left 'frustrated' after his team were denied a penalty in his side's 4-2 Dorset Senior Cup defeat to Dorchester.
The Bees faced the Magpies at the Avenue on Tuesday night and held their own against the Southern League Premier side.
Having gone 1-0 up through a fantastic Riley Weedon strike, the Bees found themselves 2-1 down at the break.
However, with the game entering the final five minutes, and Bridport trailing 3-2, Herbst's side were denied a penalty to level the scores, and instead found themselves conceding a penalty.

Speaking after the game, Herbst said: "We gave a good account of ourselves and it was a tough game.
"Dorchester had a lot of the ball and we had to sit in deep and play on the counter attack.
"Riley scored a cracker, which set us up well, and having looked back at the video I think their second goal was offside.
"But we should have had a penalty at 3-2 - it is frustrating we didn't get the decision.
"If it goes 3-3, it probably goes to a penalty shootout, and then it's a lottery, but they go and get a penalty to make it 4-2, we just didn't get the luck of the draw."
Despite the defeat, the players have been left 'buzzing' knowing that they can compete with a team as strong as Dorchester.
Herbst added: "The lads can hold their heads up high, they played well and we had chances against a strong team.
"Knowing we can match it against these sides, we know we can play in a higher league I am just disappointed we are not doing that consistently in the league."
