Bridport Reserves were denied three points at Day's Park after Swanage & Herston snatched a late equaliser in the Dorset Premier League.
The Bees were denied early on by Swanage keeper Brad Smith, and despite a lively start, both sides struggled to create any real chances.
Swanage had their first opportunity through Ocean Smith who beat two Bridport players but was unable to keep his effort from going over the bar.
In a half bereft of many other chances it would be the Bees who took a slender lead into the break.
Bees striker Josh Baker finished well from just outside the box with Swans' keeper Smith leftw ith no chance to stop the forward's effort.
Some half chances came and went for both teams in the early exchanges after the restart, but nothing really troubled either keeper.
As the half progressed, the home side grew into the game, with Cohen Lee squaring the ball to Ocean Smith in the 55th minute, forcing a good save from Archie Kershaw between the Bees sticks.
Bridport had two chances within two minutes around the hour mark, but Swans keeper Brad Smith was equal to the task with a good save down to his left.
In the 70th minute, Bridport had what looked like a legitimate penalty shout, but the referee waved away their appeals.
As the game entered the final few minutes though, Swanage threw everything at the away side.
Stephen Pryor free header was well saved from Kershaw before Lee attempted a spectacular overhead kick that was blocked.
The Swans would find a way through eventually though as Ocean Smith scrambled the ball over the line for the equaliser.
