The Scarlets beat Dorset Resort (Bere Regis) with Mel Hargett, Andy Spiller and Brian Walsh winning their rink 23 -1, and Joe Lofthouse, Malcolm Holt and Mike Fletcher winning 23-12.
In the club's Morning League the leading Tigers were defeated 16-9 by Thelma Pratt, Spiller and Paul Hallett's Top Bananas who move to third.

Chris McBain, Kim Thomas and Andy Marsh's Lotties Lot beat Bandits 16-4 to stay fourth.
Adrian Legg and Rose and Chris Everest's More Fruits went 18-0 up after three ends against Harriers finally winning 37-1.
Bernard Perry, Jim Collier and Mike Smith's Kestrels and Jackie Godfrey, Dave Aylott and Holt's Strollers 18-5 and 10-9 up over Chancers and Devils respectively.
Arthur Stone, Holt and Fletcher's Peanuts continue to dominate the Evening League with a 22-7 win over Wrong Bias.
Mary Hansford, Bob Hill and Marsh's Spurs won 22-6 against 4 Peas in a Pod.
Roy Koerner, Dave Heiden and Legg's More Greens move to fourth with a 19.4 win over Devils.
A late seven count gave Liz Walker, Paul Fletcher and Ron Hill's Blythe Spirits a 13-9 win over the Optimists. Heather Thomson, John Davies and John Coney's Shadows beat Bubbles 11.6.
