BRIDPORT have been forced to postpone their South West Peninsula League Premier East derby with Honiton Town due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Bees have been cursed with a fifth consecutive home postponement, as heavy midweek rainfall left large pools of standing water on the St Mary’s Field turf.
Their fixture with Honiton had already been abandoned once this season due to floodlight failure, with the Bees leading 4-1 at the time.
