Arnold, known for his distinctive appearance and vibrant markings, is an endurance circuit standout.
The duo's remarkable journey has been marked by consistent success, including an impressive record in the Little Dragon, having completed the challenge five times, and securing victory in 2019.
Mowatt said: "I’m so excited to be part of the England team. We love Red Dragon too and look forward to doing our best to help achieve a brilliant team result."
