WEST Dorset trainer Harry Fry will open his bid for Cheltenham Festival glory this afternoon.
Fry, based at Higher Crockermoor Farm, has had to wait until the third day of the meeting to unleash his charges.
If The Cap Fits gets Fry’s campaign underway in the Pertemps Handicap Hurdle at 2.10pm, priced as a 25/1 shot.
Unbeaten hotshot Love Envoi (12/1) and Lady Adare (18/1) then go to battle in the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at 4.50pm.
Jockey Noel Fehily is particularly buoyant over Love Envoi’s hopes of victory, especially with heavy rain falling yesterday.

The six-year-old has won all her four starts over hurdles since being bought for £38,000 out of Sean Doyle’s stables in Ireland at Tattersalls March Sales in 2021.
Fehily told PA: “Love Envoi is in great form. Hopefully we’ll get a little bit more rain, which would help. We’re looking forward to running her.
“She keeps surprising us. When they’re on the up, you never know where they will stop improving.
“As long as the ground stays on the slow side, that is where we want to go with her.
“If it dried out too much she wouldn’t run. At the minute that is where we want to go.”
Tomorrow, Fry has one more contender on Gold Cup day in the shape of Boothill, currently rated at 25/1 for the McCoy Contractors County Hurdle (2.10pm).
