CREWKERNE RANGERS RES 1
DRIMPTON 11
DRIMPTON returned to competitive action at Henhayes with an 11-1 thumping of Crewkerne Rangers Reserves in Perry Street & District League Division Two.
After a month's lay-off, Drimpton started attacking from the first whistle, not allowing Crewkerne anytime on the ball.
Pawel Ciereszko met a cross to head in from five yards and the Greens' chances kept coming, two late goals in the first half putting them 3-0 up at half-time.
The second half turned into a goal fest with almost total dominance from the Greens as Ciereszko completed his hat-trick while John Kingston, Frank Symonds and Josh Cousins all grabbed braces.

Tom Franklin also netted a beauty into the top corner and there was a rare goal from Rickie Samways who tucked his penalty away with confidence.
Jim Lukosious netted the Rangers' consolation.
Greens' manager Andy Loudon said: "With the current situation it would have been too easy for Crewkerne to have cancelled due to Covid.
"But they put a team out and despite the scoreline they never stopped battling and were a credit to their club.
"(We're) pleased with the result as it keeps us heading in the right direction."
