Experts agree, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. According to Kellogg's, one in six children and one in five adults skip breakfast. But you can top up your energy each morning with a bowl of fortified cereal.

Breakfast cereals are generally low in fat and a good source of vitamins and minerals. They're also a good source of iron in your diet, and the accompanying milk accounts for 42% of total milk consumption in British children. So break the fast and start your day the right way.

To help you wake up to breakfast this National Breakfast Week, we've teamed up with Kellogg's so you can win a selection of cereals, a breakfast set and the latest guide to keeping your kids fit by Olympic champion, Kelly Holmes.

Which of these people was a host of 'The Big Breakfast'?
A)
Chris Evans; B) Eamonn Holmes; C) Phillip Schofield.
