There are delays to train services between Exeter St Davids and Axminster this morning.
South Western Railway services running between the two stations are delayed by around 25 minutes due to an earlier signalling problem at Pinhoe.
The issue has been resolved but trains are still being delayed and some services may be revised until normal service resumes.
It is expected that disruption will last until 9am.
Tickets are being accepted on the following bus services to help passengers with their morning journeys:
- Stagecoach South West routes 1/1A between Exeter Central and Pinhoe
- Stagecoach South West routes 4/4A between Exeter St Davids, Exeter Central and Cranbrook
- Stagecoach South West route 9 between Exeter Central and Honiton
- Stagecoach South West routes 44/44A between Exeter Central, Honiton and Axminster
- Stagecoach South West route P between Pinhoe and Exeter Central
A spokesperson for South Western Railway said: "Following a points failure at Pinhoe all lines have now reopened.
"Train services running through this station may be delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 09.am
"After being informed of a signalling problem at Pinhoe, all lines have now reopened and trains are running through the area in both directions.
"For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.
"We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey."
