A popular Christmas market has been forced to cancel due to high winds from the storm.
Organisers of the Mapperton Estate Christmas Market near Beaminster say they have had to cancel today's market. This is despite precautions taken before the storm to make the area safer.
The market started yesterday and features more than 80 stalls, a live band and Father Christmas.
It had been expected to open from 10am to 4pm today.

"To keep everyone safe we had to make the sad decision to cancel our second day of the market due to extremely high winds.
"Keep safe everyone and we hope to see you all soon."
Other events have also been cancelled or postponed due to the storm. This includes the Christmas light switch on in Brewery Square, Dorchester and Sparkle in the Park in Weymouth.
