A fortnight of roadworks is set to cause chaos for motorists travelling into Bridport next week.
Total Utility Connections will be carrying out the work which will see a four-way temporary traffic light system installed at the West Allington, Allington and West Street roundabout.
The roadworks are scheduled to start on Monday, November 18 and will last until Friday, November 29.
Traffic will back up at the junction because of the traffic light system and motorists are being asked to use an alternative route where possible, especially to and from North Allington.
To help reduce delays, the traffic lights will be manned between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
Total Utility Connections will also place advanced warning signs before the works begin and conduct a letter drop to local residents closer to the start date.
This is the latest work to take place in the area with work already taking place on West Road in West Allington and work on West Street in September.
