A man has appeared in court charged with drug offences.
Alastair Culley, 47, appeared at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, November 6 charged with one count of possessing a class A drug (cocaine) and one count of possessing a class B drug (cannabis).
He was also charged with a count of acquiring/using/ possessing criminal property, namely £21,373.
This relates to an incident which happened in Bridport on January 24, 2023.
Culley, of Gore Cross Way, Bridport, did not enter a plea for all three charges.
Chair of the magistrates' bench Martyn McCarthy, addressing the defendant, said: "You have been sent for trial at Bournemouth Crown Court at 10am on December 5 2024 for a preliminary hearing for the offences listed."
Culley has been released on unconditional bail.
