A new Greggs has opened on one of Dorset's busiest routes.
Situated right next to the petrol station on the A35 in Winterbourne Abbas, the popular bakery chain - famous for its bakes, sausage rolls and doughnuts - is ready and open for business.
Its opening hours are listed online as being from 6am to 6pm every day of the week.
Motorists have been anticipating the new stop for some time, saying it would be a 'nice place to stop for some food during a longer drive'.
Greggs has two branches in Weymouth town centre, as well as sites at Chickerell, Dorchester, on Portland, Bovington, and Winterborne Zelston.
This comes after the revamp of the petrol station was approved two years ago.
In the changes, the forecourt roof has been raised from 4.7 metres to 5.9 metres above the forecourt level
An extension has also been added with new underground fuel tanks, pipework and other equipment added at the site.
