A woman has denied stealing money from a man in Lyme Regis.
Tara Webb, of Providence Place, Lyme Regis, appeared at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, October 17.
The 43-year-old pleaded not guilty to one count of theft in a dwelling.
This relates to an incident on September 8, 2024, at a property at Staples Terrace, Lyme Regis, where Webb is alleged to have stolen money to the value of £195 from a man.
She was represented by Ian Brazier. Elizabeth Valera was prosecuting.
The case was adjourned until a hearing on April 28, 2025 at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court.
Webb is on conditional bail not to return to the property in question and not to contact the victim.
