A vehicle crashed into a fallen tree on a road just outside of Bridport.
Fire crews from Bridport and Beaminster Fire Station rushed to Slape Hill near Waytown after receiving reports that a vehicle had collided with a fallen tree on Wednesday, October 16 at 11.08pm.
The fire service confirmed there was only one person in the vehicle at the time.
There are no reports of any injuries.
A road closure remains in place between Waytown and Netherbury until the tree can be removed.
A spokesperson for Bridport Fire Station: "One passenger vehicle had collided with a fallen tree.
"No persons were injured.
"Police and local authority also attended.
"The road remains closed between Waytown and Netherbury until the tree can be removed during daylight hours."
The Bridport and Lyme Regis news has contacted Dorset Police for comment.
