A broken down vehicle is causing delays to traffic between Bridport and Beaminster after partially blocking the road.
The vehicle has broken down on a bend along the A3066 Bridport Road, near Melplash and police officers are in attendance to manage the traffic.
Traffic in the area of Crooked Oak Hill is being delayed from Twinways Lane to Drury Lane.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 3.05pm of a vehicle that had broken down on a bend on the A3066 near Melplash.
"Officers have attended to assist with traffic management,
