A man has appeared in court accused of multiple sexual offences against girls in Bridport.
Jay Buckley, aged 20, appeared at Poole Magistrates Court via video link from HMP Winchester on Friday, October 4.
The charges include three counts of sexual communication with a child, three counts of possessing indecent photographs/pseudo-photographs of a child, three counts of causing/inciting a girl under 15 to engage in sexual activity and one count of causing/inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
All of these alleged offences took place between March 3, 2024, and June 14, 2024, in Bridport and involved more than one victim.
The indecent images charges include 10 Category A images involving penetrative sexual activity, six Category B images involving non-penetrative sexual activity and 12 Category C, which covers all other indecent images.
Buckley, whose address before HMP Winchester was in Bridport, did not enter a plea.
Buckley was remanded in custody and will next appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on November 7.
