There have been reports traffic delays as works continue on a main Bridport road.
A parking suspension is in place on the A3066, the main road between Bridport and Beaminster.
People are unable to park their vehicles on the A3066 between its junction with St Katherine's Drive and its junction with Shoe Lane, a distance of approximately 400 metres.
This is to allow National Grid Company to carry out a network reinforcement scheme.
Works began on Monday, September 9 and are expected to last until Wednesday, October 23.
There is a clearway in place to prevent waiting, as indicated by signs on site.
Despite this, heavy traffic has been reported on St Andrew's Road today with drivers experiencing major delays.
