A village road is set to reopen next week.
Spring Head Road in Uplyme has been closed since Monday, September 9 as South West Water have been carrying out essential utility repairs and maintenance works.
The works which include surveying and cleansing manholes for infiltration works, are planned to be completed by Monday, September 16, at 11.59pm
A diversion route has been put in place via Spring Head Road, Tappers Knapp, Lyme Road, Lyme Road, A35 from JB3165 west of Raymonds Hill to JB3165 east of Raymonds Hill, Harcombe Road, road from Rocombe Cross to Springhead Road, Springhead Road and vice versa.
The closure is in force at all times until approximately Monday along the section of country road.
