A road near Abbotsbury will be closed for three days of patching work.

Bishop's Road will be closed from its junction with Portesham Hill and the entrance to East Farm from 8.30am to 3.30pm on Wednesday, August 21 to Friday, 23.

This is a closure of 3,235 metres.

This means that the road will be re-opened for traffic overnight.

This closure will allow Dorset Council to carry out carriageway patching works.

A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed section.
