A popular village show celebrating gardening and produce has been hailed as a "great success" with over 600 entries this year.
The Charmouth Gardeners Village Show competition was held last weekend which welcomed 150 entrants and 600 entries of flowers, vegetables, art & craft, photography and home produce.
The show has been running for 130 years where gardeners and bakers can meet and showcase their skills.
Charmouth Village Hall was filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread, cakes and 15 Dorset apple cakes.
This year also saw the introduction of a scarecrow section which proved an entertaining addition for the visitors.
The judges for the home produce section said: "It was a real challenge with the amount of very good bakes. Well done to all."
Diana Bur, show secretary, said: "Charmouth Village Show has been around for 130 years and it continues to be a great success.
"This is thanks to the 35 volunteers who help to organise it, the many villagers who make the effort to submit their exhibits and all those who support it by attending, both locals and visitors alike.
"A special mention should go to the judges without whose knowledge and judgement we could not run the show and in particular this year a huge thank you to Cyril Whitlock (known to many from Groves) whose incredible efforts to get here were very much appreciated."
