PART of the A35 near Dorchester will be closed for bridge works and maintenance.
The main road will be shut in both directions between the Stadium Roundabout and the A352 Max Gate junction on Monday, August 19 and Tuesday, August 20.
It will be closed from 9pm to 5am both nights.
During the closures traffic will be diverted via junctions of the A35 and local roads.
The closures (which would not apply to emergency service, traffic officer or works vehicles) and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs throughout the works, National Highways states.
