A ROAD in a west Dorset village will be closed to enable bank reinforcement work to be done.
Tower Hill in Netherbury will be shut between its junction with Norton Lane and St Mary's Church, a distance of approximately 65 metres.
It will be temporarily closed from August 12 and it is hoped the works will be completed by August 23.
This closure order will enable the contractor safe access to carry out reinforcement of the bank.
A diversion route will be in place and will be signposted using Slape Hill - Pymore Lane - B3162 – Whitecross.
