A broken down tractor on a main road is causing major delays.
There have been reports of slow traffic at around 10.15am on the A35 due to a broken drown tractor Wilmington. This was causing delays between Honiton and Axminster.
It was removed from the road at 10.30am.
Highways are returning to the scene to investigate a report of oil left on the road.
Traffic returned to normal at approximately 11.30am.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "There was a broke down tractor at Wilmington – it was moved off the road at around 10.30am.
"There was a report of a bit of oil on the road so Highways are going to check that."
