AN outdoor caravan storage site off the Dorchester Road, Bridport, is to be allowed to continue in use.

Dorset Council has agreed a certificate of lawfulness for the site for up to 12 caravans.

Evidence, in the form of an ariel photograph, showed that caravans had been stored on the site since at least 2005, there had been no complaints about the use, and it should be allowed to continue.

The rules normally allowed for established uses of ten years or more to be allowed to continue.
