A local transport group has announced that its next public meeting has been cancelled.

The West Dorset Western Area Action Group (WATAG) was due to hold its next meeting on Thursday, July 25, however, the group has confirmed that the meeting will no longer take place.

The group meet at the Woman's Institute Hall in Bridport and discuss transport issues for the surrounding area.

The bi-monthly public meetings are attended by Dorset County councillors, as well as town & parish councillors together with bus company managers and representatives of the non-commercial sector.
