A fete set in a picturesque Dorset village is set to return next month.

The popular Loders Fete will return to Loders Court on Saturday, August 3 from 2pm - 5pm in support of the local church and community organisations.

The traditional village fete offers a whole load of entertainment including a pop-up bar, a tea tent, raffle, tombola and it wouldn’t be complete without a game of coconut shy.

This year, in addition to traditional stalls and games, there will be magic and mayhem from entertainer Professor Count Backwards and merry music from St Swithuns Band, a fun family dog show and a classic vehicle section.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy delicious refreshments at the Tea Tent, BBQ and Pop-Up Bar.

Entry is £2 and children under 12 go free and dogs on leads are also welcome.

There is plenty of free parking available in the fields behind Loders Court.
