A popular summer show celebrating gardening and the natural world is set to return this year.

The Uplyme and Lyme Regis Horticultural Society will be holding its summer show at the Uplyme Village Hall and Playing Field on Saturday, August 3 from 2pm to 5pm.

The theme for this year will be herbs and visitors can attend many classes throughout the day  to learn about herb posy, fruit and herb jam, herb jelly, herb bread rolls, herb scones, rosemary and orange cake.

Visitors can also expect to find a competition marquee filled with more than 120 competition classes, free for anyone to enter whether novices, experienced gardeners, children, or keen bakers.
