The biggest music festival in west Dorset is set to begin today, and some may be wondering if they can bring along their furry friends.
In previous years, dogs have been welcome at Jurassic Fields, however, those hoping to bring them this year will need to rethink - the festival now only allows guide dogs, which must be kept on a lead.
The 2019 festival saw a number of dogs attend, but in 2020 organisers banned dogs altogether - though the event would be cancelled that year due to the pandemic.

Organisers at the time said: "Due to a number of incidents (by the minority) over the years which have caused a number of unnecessary issues and advice from authorities we have taken this step to protect both the safety of the public and the animals."
