PROMS and balls have been held across west Dorset with students saying a fond farewell to their classmates and teachers as the school year comes to an end.
Red carpets were rolled out as events were held at the Tithe Barn in Symondsbury and Haselbury Mill near Crewkerne.
The stage was set for Beaminster School's Year 11 and Year 13 proms (with the Year 13 prom shared with John Colfox School) and for the Woodroffe School's Year 11 and Year 13 proms.
Students turned up in some unusual forms of transport, with tractors, sports cars and even horses ensuring they arrived in style!
You can see all the pictures from the proms in our 16 page special supplement in tomorrow's Bridport News. (Thursday, July 11).
