A free nature event is taking place this weekend in North Allington, Bridport.
Wildlife volunteer group Allington Hillbillies and kids art workshop providers Oops Wow Messy Art have teamed up to host the event Restoring Nature Now.
It will be taking place on Sunday, June 23 from 10am until 1pm at Allington Hill with plenty of fun nature themed activities on offer.
There will also be guided walks between 12pm and 1pm showcasing how the local community and volunteers created a flower meadow and restoring the surrounding woodland.
A spokesperson for Bridport Town Council said: "This coming Sunday 23rd June Allington Hillbillies and Oops Wow Messy Art are running free activities between 10 am and 1pm.
"Please book a free space by visiting the Allington Hillbillies Facebook page and commenting on the post similar to this. Lots of activities, bring a picnic and join in the fun. Max 4 children to one adult please."
