Water repair work will close part of a Lyme Regis road for two days in July.
South West Water is to make repairs to 'defective reinstatement' along Timber Hill between its junction with the A3052 Charmouth Road and its junction with Overton Close.
This will force the road to close for a distance of roughly 85 metres from Wednesday July 10 until Friday July 12.
The water provider will publicise the road closure in a number of ways.
It will place information boards on the road in this area to inform the travelling public of the works, it will carry out a letter drop to local residents directly affected by the works, and it will sign a diversion route for traffic using the local road network.
Anyone with any concerns should contact Izzy Rowland at trafficteam@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk by 24 June 2024.
