Volunteers are being sought to help welcome visitors to Lyme Regis over Easter.
The Lyme Regis Visitor Hub will open from Easter weekend (March 29- April 1) in the Jubilee Pavilion and the team are currently seeking volunteers to join them for two-hour slots, assisting and directing members of the public.
The role would involve providing a welcome point for visitors, giving information about events, answering queries, and giving directions. As such, good communication skills and local knowledge would be an advantage.
The hub will open at weekends only, with the possibility of it opening daily during school holidays.
The Visitor Hub will be entirely independent and run by volunteers, coordinated by Alan Vian.
You can register your interest of volunteering by emailing lymeregisvisitorhub@gmail.com or calling Alan Vian on 07905 034778.
