Residents in Lyme Regis are invited to a talk about creative gardening this March.
The Uplyme and Lyme Regis Horticultural Society will be hosting a talk with gardener Keith Wiley on Wednesday, March 27 at Uplyme Village Hall at 7.30pm.
Mr Wiley was head gardener at The Garden House on the fringes of Dartmoor for 25 years before moving to create nearby Wildside Nursery completely from scratch.
His talk, entitled Risk-taking in Landscape: a new approach to naturalistic garden-making, will explore taking a step back from traditional practises to adopt a more creative and expressive form of gardening.
Doors open at 7pm for refreshments and the event will be preceded with a brief AGM.
Entry is free for members and £3 for non-members.
