Bridport firefighters have been busy refreshing their skills with a range of training exercises this week.
The station has carried out a series of mini drills that have included setting up improvised dams, and classroom training involving how to tackle fires in hospitals, amongst several other exercises to enhance their skills and knowledge.
A spokesperson for Bridport Fire Station said: "This week's training we carried out some mini drills. Setting up improvised dams to hold water for pumping.
"Using the inflatable airbags for RTC purposes. Target practice with water rescue throw lines.
"To finish off we headed up to the classroom to complete some e-learning, refreshing our knowledge on fires in hospitals and different types of building construction."
