A flood alert has been issued by the Environment Agency for rivers across west Dorset.
River levels across the region are being forecast to rise due to heavy rainfall. This includes the River Lim, River Char, River Winniford, Simene River, River Brit, River Asker, River Mangerton, River Bride.
Flooding is possible along these rivers from 10pm on Thursday, February 15
A spokesperson for the Environment Agency said: "We will continue to monitor levels closely.
"Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water."
