A new west Dorset vodka brand is opening a bar inside a landmark Lyme Regis building.
Beaminster-based Black Cow's ‘Black Cow Saloon’ is based at the former Regent Cinema building in Broad Street.
The company, renowned for its uniquely smooth and sustainable 'pure milk' vodka, was due to officially open its pop-up vodka espresso bar today - Thursday.

The Regent building was destroyed by a fire in 2016 and and had to be rebuilt and Black Cow has now put the building to new use following months of planning and licensing issues.
Originally the bar was set to open in the summer but had to be delayed until a licence was granted.
Dorset councillors decided in favour of the licence in October which will allow the sale of alcohol until 11pm with the ability to have live and recorded music.

One property owner claimed the bar would create a 'major noise nuisance' and change the character of the top end of Broad Street.
However, many people supported the application, with Cllr Belinda Bawden telling the licensing hearing she did not believe the premises would be noisy or lead to anti-social behaviour because that did not fit with the applicant’s aims.
The bar had a soft opening last weekend.
Saloon manager Guy Chittenden said: "Initially the plan was to open in the summer but we had to change a few things around.
"We have finished the conversion and it is beautiful inside, we hope to do pop ups with other local Lyme establishments as well."
Situated in the foyer, the bar draws influence from the art deco style of the historic building, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
There's a large menu of cocktails as well as workshops and tastings available.
The saloon will also include a shop showcasing Black Cow's products and other celebrated local producers.
The bar and shop will be open throughout the festive season, closing only for Christmas Day and will be open for New Year’s Eve celebrations for cocktails and canapés.
Normal opening hours will be from Thursday to Sunday, closing at 11pm on each day.
