A popular live poet will be performing his most confessional show yet in Dorset.
Luke Wright will be drawing on the discovery of his birth mother on Facebook, as he navigates his audience through a warm and honest hour of poems and stand-up.
Luke Wright’s Silver Jubilee show will be held at Shipton Gorge Village Hall on Thursday, February 1 at 7.30pm.
It will feature some wild experiments in form, a nervous kitten called Sir John Betjeman and a healthy smattering of drum 'n' bass.
This show debuted to a packed arena at Latitude Festival before a sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Tickets are £12, £5 (u18s). The show is suitable for 14+.
