FIND out more about grasses in the garden at the next meeting of the Bridport & District WI.
It will take place on Thursday, September 21 at 7.30pm at the WI Hall, North Street, Bridport.
Katherine Crouch will give a talk on Grasses in the Garden. She studied Product Design, graduating in 1981 and has lived in South Somerset for 33 years.
In 1999 she entered and won the first Gardener of the Year competition and has regularly opened her garden. She set up Katherine Crouch Garden Design in early 2000 and has been designing gardens all over the South West.
Katherine also won BBC Gardener of the Decade in 2008 and won a Gold Medal at Chelsea Flower Show for designing a display for Kings Seeds 125th anniversary.
She deals with projects ranging from tiny to large gardens and commercial work for local town councils and businesses.
Non members are welcome to join the meetings for a fee of £2 and more information about the club is available on the club website www.bridportgardeningclub.co.uk
