Here is a selection of animals from the Ashley Heath Animal Centre in Dorset who are looking for their forever home.
Located on the border with Hampshire, the centre offers care for its animals in rural surroundings.
A few animals from the centre are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.
If you wanted to donate to the Ashley Heath Animal Centre to support their work you can do so at their website.
Caspar
Gender - Male
Age - One-year-old
Breed - Lurcher crossbreed
Colour - Black and White
If you want to adopt Caspar you can view their full profile here.
Caspar is described as a dog with a "real zest for life" who loves playing with his toys and game of fetch.
He is friendly with other dogs and would be best suited to living with a calm-natured dog pending introductions at the RSPCA centre.
Caspar can be worried by traffic passing him at close proximity, so a home within a rural setting with access to a good-sized garden would be helpful for him.
Pork
Gender - Male
Age - 16 years old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour - Black and White
If you want to adopt Pork you can view their full profile here.
Pork is described as a "sweet senior gentleman" who found himself in the care of the RSPCA due to his owner's "ill health".
He was a little shy when he first arrived at the centre, but after a little encouragement, he settled in very well.
Pork is currently fed on a sensitive diet, so this will need to be continued in his new home.
Additionally, he is not to be rehomed within five miles of Burton (BH23).
Bandit
Gender - Male
Age - One year old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour - Black and White
If you want to adopt Bandit you can view their full profile here.
Bandit came into the RSPCA after his owner was sadly unable to look after him anymore.
He is described as very "playful" and enjoys running around and spending time with people.
It is thought it would be beneficial for Bandit to live with another friendly cat who would help him become more confident.
Dahlia and Daffy
Gender - Male
Age - Between three and six months old
Breed - Domestic
Colour - Black and White
If you want to adopt Dahlia and Daffy you can view their full profile here.
Dahlia and hutch mate Daffy are now looking for their new home together after coming from a multi-rabbit household.
Both have been used to being around people from a young age, so they are both confident and inquisitive.
They both enjoy exploring and are used to being handled when needed.
As a lionhead Daffy will require his longer fur to be regularly brushed to ensure he doesn't get tangled and matted.
