The cause of a blaze that destroyed multiple cars in Bridport remains unknown.
Firefighters were called to the multiple car fire in East Street car park, Bridport, just after 5am on Tuesday, August 8.
The fire destroyed two cars and even spread to two more cars parked nearby.
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said they had no further information on how the blaze was started but police are investigating.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "The cause of the fire has not been confirmed at this time and officers are carrying out further enquiries."
A spokesperson for Bridport Fire Station said: "One appliance from Bridport was called to a car fire at East Street car park in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
"On arrival, we found two vehicles well alight. The fires were extinguished using two hose reel jets and one breathing apparatus.
"Unfortunately, the two vehicles were destroyed with another two adjacent damaged by the heat. The cause of the fire was undetermined."
