A teenage pedestrian was injured in a collision with a car in Charmouth.
The collision took place in The Street near the junction with Lower Sea Lane.
Police and ambulance service attended the incident, which involved a 13-year-old girl.
The girl's injuries are not believed to be serious.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward following the incident around 4.15pm on Sunday, August 6.
Police Constable Mike Rumsby, of West Dorset police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this collision and I am keen to speak with anyone who saw what happened.
“I would also urge motorists who were in the area to check any dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything of relevance.”
