BRIDPORT Tennis Club is celebrating a brace of victories in this season’s Yeovil and District Winter League.
Two Bridport teams took home titles with its mixed doubles A team winning Division One and its B team winning Division Four.
Some 31 teams split over five divisions took part in the league with matches being played at weekends between November and March.
In Division One, the competition was fierce with Bridport A winning the league for the first time in the last weekend of the competition.
With eight wins out of 12 matches, the team finished on 75 points, just three ahead of nearest rivals Sherborne.

Meanwhile, in Division Four, Bridport B finished the season with seven wins out of eight and on 67 points, a comfortable 26 points clear of their nearest rivals.
Bridport A captain Janet Clayton said: "It’s been a great team effort and a fantastic achievement for the club.
"A special well done to Neil and Nick who both finished in the top ten players list for the competition."
Bridport is a small and friendly tennis club providing tennis for players of all ages and abilities.
