Bridport's popular market which was held last Saturday has been declared the busiest of the year.
The market, which is held twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays, takes place in the town's three main streets.
On the market held on Saturday, April 8, in the middle of the Easter long weekend, the event saw more than 100 stalls in its midst, Bridport Market revealed.
Visitors to the town and residents were thanked for supporting the market.
This was the first time in 2023 the market had hosted more than 100 stalls.
A market spokesman said on social media: "Thank you to both traders and visitors to Bridport Market today.
"We reached over 100 stalls for the first time this year.
"Car parks were full, Bucky Doo Square was alive with the sound of music and the streets were awash with happy buyers taking home precious finds.
"Thank you for your support."
