The displays of snowdrops this year seems to be greater than usual and not only in gardens.
The banks of the river through Happy Island have clumps on both banks at flood level.
They are on the bank where it is almost imposable for any one to plant them.
They presumably are self set which suggest that last year was exceptionally good for them.
