A much-loved hat shop has been presented with a trophy in recognition of having the best Christmas shop front in town.
The team at T. Snook Hatters and Outfitters in West Street received the cup for Bridport’s Best Christmas Shop Window from the mayor Ian Bark. The shop was chosen for the accolade by a community vote.
It came out on top thanks to their top effort, which included tinsel around the windows, a white tree taking centre stage, festive lights and an assortment of baubles.
'Snookette' Sue Darling said: “We are very excited to have been voted the best Christmas shop window and thank everyone that voted for us. Our shop window really is a very important visual display of our shop. We change it every month and aim to capture the time of year and what is happening in the world. Our window currently is displaying a range of our rainwear, I wonder why?
“We do of course have an amazing selection of hats to suit all occasions, and look forward to being able to share them with you"
